The variety comes exclusively from Indonesia on the islands of Sumatra, Java and Sulawesi. Kopi Luwak is exclusively the coffee beans that are eaten and excreted by Fleckenmusang (mongoose). The flavour of this coffee is earthy, mild, chocolaty and full-bodied. One of the rarest and probably most expensive coffees in the world.
