RECK proposes you ground or in beans an Arabica of Cameroon the Café des Frères du Noun. Located at 1150m altitude, the coffee trees benefit from a volcanic soil rich in basalt which brings acidity to the coffee. The shade is provided by Leucaena Glauca every 6 coffee trees and space has been arranged between the rows to facilitate maintenance. Harvesting and sorting is done by hand only. In the mouth: A sweet, creamy and airy coffee, fruity on the nose with sweet citrus notes in the mouth.
