Cafés Reck Café Costa Rica Vallée centrale

Manufacturer product description

Origin: Costa Rica. Coffee accounts for 25% of Costa Rica's exports, which makes it of prime economic importance. Costa Rica has imposed a draconian quality policy on producers, the cultivation of robusta, for example, is prohibited by law. Costa Rica Central Valley is a SHB "Strictly Hard Bean" that grows at an altitude between 1200 and 1650 meters. Tasting analysis: Growing at high altitude on volcanic hills with acid soils, Costa Rica is a coffee with a fairly present acidity, but without any trace of bitterness, which makes it a very fine coffee perceived essentially in front of mouth. The nose is distinguished, releasing aromas of stone fruits, citrus fruits, pine nuts and spices. As for the palate, it is frank with a greedy middle to finish with a fresh note. Conclusion: Costa Rica Central Valley is an afternoon coffee, ideal for espresso preparation, and will seduce lovers of sweetness, and especially those who appreciate in their coffee this fine and delicate acidity typical of high altitude washed coffees.
