Coffee with cardamom flavour in a mixture of the finest and handmade highland beans makes this variety an extraordinary and special speciality. Here, too, we only work with coffees which, if available, come from fair trade and are organically and sustainably grown. For our aromatic coffees we have developed a basic blend of three Central American highland coffees, which still leaves a little room for an additional aroma of your choice due to their elegant, fine acidity and harmonious, full body. Many years ago we developed a process in which coffee is moistened with pure, high-quality aromatic oils after roasting, so we can guarantee you an incomparable coffee enjoyment without the taste clouding by the well-known sugar-heavy syrups.
