Although Colombia ranks second in terms of volume after Brazil, the country produces the largest quantity of quality coffee, mainly Arabica. The coffee grows high in the Andes, between the 3 mountain ranges (Cordilleras), where a very constant climate prevails. The taste is balanced and smooth, sometimes slightly nutty, with little fine acidity. With good roasting - unmixed - a very digestible coffee. Nevertheless powerful and full-bodied.
