Here, too, we only work with coffees which, according to availability, come from fair trade and are organically and sustainably grown. For our aromatic coffees we have developed a basic blend of three Central American highland coffees, which still leaves a little room for an additional aroma of your choice due to their elegant, fine acidity and harmonious, full body. Many years ago we developed a process in which coffee is moistened with pure, high-quality aromatic oils after roasting, so we can guarantee you an incomparable coffee enjoyment without the taste clouding by the well-known sugar-heavy syrups.
