We have decided to make an espresso roast from this, unfortunately expensive but fantastic coffee and the result is unparalleled. The Hawaii Kona is a very special coffee, its typical feature is the special microclimate of the Hawaiian archipelago. The plant grows on volcanic soil, which brings a slightly mineral touch to the cup. The fine, elegant acids and the large body of this top product are outstanding. For a long time you will feel the chocolaty finish in your mouth to taste a coffee like Jamaica Blue mountaine unmistakably and soort out of many coffees. Unfortunately, the small coffee cherry pit drill has destroyed large parts of the harvest on the archipelago and thus the quantity on the world market is strongly limited. We are in the lucky position to have gotten a few bags and can therefore still offer this great coffee, the price development could soon still take on dramatic dimensions for this already expensive top coffee.
