This excellent Arabica coffee (classification grade 2) from the Bench Maji region grows in a natural vegetation, a forest area bordering the Omo National Park, which is a mixture of wild coffee shrubs, which is supplemented with additional coffee plants with special care of the forest structure. 1400 to 2000m altitude organically certified coffee is grown according to EU regulations. Washed and dried in the sun, the coffee has a typical African spicy aroma with a medium body, is balanced, has a fine acidity with a slightly tangy citrus aroma and a light chocolate flavour.
