Self-roasting - We now offer our "Flor de Café" alternatively in different variants, which we roast ourselves in a small roasting plant in Hamburg in a classic drum roaster. The medio variant is the medium variant of our own espresso roasts. Here the three varieties are roasted separately. It is excellent for making a cappuccino, but the espresso is also very tasty.
