This washed Arabica from the country of origin of the coffee is a soft, very mild coffee with a balanced aroma. Its fine spiciness and light acidity make it a very pleasant coffee. This very fine coffee is grown on small farms at an altitude of 1800 to 2200 metres. 65% of the coffee trees grow in forest areas or on the edge of the forest. This leads to a slow growth of the bean and thus an excellent quality. The coffee is picked by hand and prepared wet. After preparation, it is sun-dried and hand-picked.
