Description of the roastery

Our founder Azeglio, also known as "Mister Espresso", began his journey into the world of quality coffee in 1950 and immediately became the reference point for many bars in Rome. In the 1980s Azeglio was first assisted in the management of the business by his sons and daughter Paolo, Fabio and Monica, and then by his son-in-law Francesco, who today runs the roasting plant together with Monica. The quality of Mister Espresso will be appreciated by future generations as a valuable asset.
