Our cultivation area Sidamo is located in the south of the country on the edge of the Ethiopian highlands. Here, as in the other Ethiopian regions, coffee is cultivated in smallholder structures. Its distinctly spicy and powerful aroma is complemented by a chocolaty-heavy fullness. A very rich body with a light floral note gives this coffee its pronounced richness.
