The parcel coffee Brasil Fazenda Dutra Catuai Amarelo (100% Arabica) is characterized by its fruity and flowery aromas. The coffee cherries are harvested in yellow, hence the name (Portuguese; amarelo; yellow). Fine notes of papaya and melon, lemon balm and elderflower give this coffee its pleasantly reserved aroma. Slight hints of almond, moss & cherry wood give it an additional full yet light body. With a caffeine content of 2.2%, it is particularly suitable as a wake-maker in the morning.
