The beans of the parcel coffee Brasil Fazenda Dutra Catuai Vermelho (100% Arabica) are harvested only after reaching the final ripeness. The coffee cherries then have an intense red colour, hence the epithet "Vermelho" (from Portuguese vermelho; red). Due to the long ripening process, this parcel coffee develops a distinctive aroma and promises a full but unobtrusive mouthfeel after roasting. Its taste has notes of cinnamon, almond and chestnut and a fine bouquet of cocoa and liquorice. The perfect coffee for a successful start to the day.
