From the heart of Sumatra (South-East Asia) comes this low-acid premium coffee - wonderfully full-bodied and spicy. It has - as the coffee roaster says - a "Full Rich Body" (a full, rich body!) and a balanced aroma harmony. Henry's Sumatra is easy on the stomach and gall bladder and well tolerated. It tends to oil slightly, which means that the essential aromatic oils of roasted coffee like to come to the bean surface. One also speaks of "coffee sweating". However, this does not detract from the quality.
