Our organic Schümli coffee from controlled organic cultivation is a very balanced and round café cream, but still has a full-bodied, spicy aroma. It contains very little acidity and offers a medium body with medium fullness. The combination of Central American and Asian Arabica coffees, for example from El Salvador or Indonesia, give this organic Schümli coffee its round character. It gets its spicy aroma from a proportion of high-quality Indian Robusta. The Bio-Schümli Coffee Cream bears the Naturland- and Bio-Siegel. The ratio Arabica to Robusta is about 80/20.
