A very large espresso, full-bodied, heavy and round at the same time. It offers the typical strong espresso taste and a full, incomparable aroma, as it is proper for a real espresso. This coffee also has hardly any acidity, typical of an espresso. A composition of strong, heavy Arabicas from Asia and Central America combined with a large proportion of strong Asian Robusta and rounded off with noble Brazilian Santos. The degree of roast is, as it belongs for a real Italian espresso, very dark. The ratio Arabica to Robusta is about 70/30.
