Guatemala El Injerto is characterized by its complex, balanced, creamy character. In addition, this coffee speciality has a harmonious, fruity aroma of lemons, oranges and peaches and a sweet note. Guatemala El Injerto offers a great abundance and surprises in the finish with an exceptionally flowery taste. Guatemala El Injerto is cultivated on the wide area of the Finca `El Injerto` of the same name, in the mountains of Guatemala near the town of Huehuetenango. The farm has been run as a family business for four generations. Here, at an altitude of 1,500 to 2,000 m above sea level, the conditions are ideal for the healthy growth of sensitive coffee plants. The ripe coffee cherries are harvested by hand and wet processed before they are dried in the sun, turning several times.
