The espresso with the extraordinary crema. It is characterized by its strong body and its great fullness. It has a full-bodied, tart and spicy character, typically with very little acidity. Strong, spicy Arabicas from Asia and Central America and a strong, aromatic Asian Robusta give this espresso its typical taste and its excellent crema. A part of Santos rounds the taste picture off. The ratio Arabica to Robusta is about 70/30.
