Our Schümli coffee especially for bulk consumers in a kilo bag. On the palate it offers a full, spicy aroma with a strong body at the same time. The relatively high share of Robusta gives it its Italian touch. A touch of fine acidity rounds off the taste. The Schümli Crema Venezia coffee combines heavy, strong Asian Arabicas with fine Brazilian Santos and a really large proportion of high-quality Indian Robusta. The ratio Arabica to Robusta is around 70/30.
