Even the name of this coffee promises an exceptionally beautiful crema and our Schümli Kaffee Crema keeps its promises. It convinces with its full aroma and its round, soft taste. It contains hardly any acid and offers a medium-bodied body. The combination of the individual coffee sorts of this noble mixture tastes very harmonious. Strong, heavy Arabicas from Asia and Central America, rounded off with noble Brazilian Santos and a small part of high-quality Robusta give this mixture its incomparable taste and, if properly prepared, its top cream. The Arabica share is around 90 %.
