This Pacamara Full Natural (El Limoncillo plantation) is not washed. This means that the cherries are dried in the sun with constant turning until the beans can be peeled out of the cherries by hand or mechanically without leaving any residue. This gives the Pacamara an intense blueberry aroma with a pronounced sweetness. The El Limoncillo coffee plantation is located east of the city of Matagalpa, in the Nicaraguan highlands. The cultivation altitude is 1100 - 1300 meters, the Arabica-Varity is the Pacamara Vermelho, the harvest time is from December to March. You can expect a slightly sweet coffee with little fruit acid, a taste of cocoa, wild berries, jasmine and bergamot. The body is full and long lasting, the acidity, which reminds of sweet red tartaric acid, is very digestible.
