The coffee comes from the cooperative CENFROCAFE-Central Fronteriza del Norte de Cafetalores. It was founded in 1999 with 220 small coffee farmers. Today CENFROCAFE consists of over 2000 small farmers. A total of 2.8 million bags are produced, with the main focus on organic production. Each solder is tested by one of the two Q-graders and only further processed after approval. The cup is characterized by a light and floral fullness, good spiciness and fine acids.
