Only this much may be revealed: The espresso is made 100% from the premium Arabica variety and is refined in the traditional drum roasting process at low temperatures by the roasting master of the Kettwiger roasting plant. The special secret in the taste is the slow roasting, the espresso is roasted for 25 minutes. Hardly any roasting company in the world takes so much time to develop the aroma.
