Because of its Robusta content, this Italian-style blend is full-bodied, with little acidity. A not quite as strong espresso, however, with a little more caffeine content. This variety is also very suitable for the stove espresso pot (Caffettiera). An excellent crema is achieved in the filter holder. In small quantities and gently roasted, our coffees are particularly aromatic and very well tolerated. The colour, taste and caffeine content can vary due to craftsmanship and raw materials.
