Our own blend of mainly Mexican coffees. Very pleasantly mild, clearly structured and balanced aroma. As the name suggests: Low in acidity and therefore very digestible. This variety can be brewed with a hand filter or a coffee machine. But it also tastes magically prepared in a stamp jug. In small quantities and gently roasted, our coffees are particularly aromatic and very well tolerated. The colour, taste and caffeine content can vary due to craftsmanship and raw materials.
