We obtain our decaffeinated espresso from El Salvador, which is known for its high-quality beans. Decaffeination takes place with the gentle Co² process. The caffeine is extracted from the coffee bean without, however, depriving it of its characteristics and its own aroma. The sweet, tangy and nutty aromas offer a smooth yet balanced taste.
