We get our decaffeinated coffee from El Salvador. This is known for its high-quality beans. Decaffeination takes place using the gentle CO2 process. The caffeine is extracted from the coffee bean without, however, depriving it of its characteristics and its own aroma. The sweet, tangy and nutty aromas offer a smooth yet balanced taste.
