This directly traded coffee is light and low in acidity, has a walnut / honey-sweet note and is exclusively available in the 250g package size. The coffee was processed in the so-called `Honey Process`, i.e. the skin of the coffee cherry is removed, but the sticky pulp remains on the bean during the drying phase. This process gives the coffee more body and taste and a pleasant acidity. Since Colombia has exported only washed green coffee for 60 years, we are proud to be the first to receive and refine a `Honey Processed Coffee`.
