Since 2011 we import our demand for Honduras directly from the Hacienda Rosalila. The Finca is located at the border to Guatemala. Five daughters supported their mother in managing the plantation. About 40 families live on the Hacienda grounds in their own village community with church, school and medical practice. Longer and therefore darker roasted, this coffee produces a pointed espresso with a particularly good aroma, slightly chocolaty taste and medium body.
