The basis for this espresso is "Monsooned" Malabar AA. The region of Malabar is located in southeast India. After drying, the coffee is exposed to the Monsoon winds for a period of approx. 4 - 6 months. Due to the interplay of moist and dry air, the coffee loses acidity and the colour of the green coffee fades off very strongly. Unique, soft, low acid taste.
