Australian Skybury is grown on plantations in North Queensland at an altitude of 500 metres, which produce about 130 tonnes per year. The biggest part stays in Australia, we secure 60kg every year. The good growing conditions and balanced climate ensure uniform ripening and thus bring a balanced aroma and considerable fullness to the cup. This espresso contains 50% Australian Skybury.
