n Guatemala San Cristóbal Verapaz the plantation Flor del Rosario is located at an altitude of 1200 to 1500 meters. Approx. 2000 69 kg bags are produced per harvest. The coffee plantation has a spectacular natural setting. The variety of flora and fauna makes it a real wonder of nature. On the plantation there is a 100 metre deep, natural waterfall that gives its name to this coffee "La Cascada Estate". Since 2008 the export to Europe is delivered exclusively to the members of the German Roestergilde. The coffee captivates by its flowery aroma, it has a round, full body and a pronounced acidity. As a Schümli roast, this coffee is roasted darker than conventional filter coffee, but not as strong as espresso roasts, making it ideal for fully automatic roasters.
