Together with the Kolping Diocesan Association Paderborn Klaus Langen has been involved in the development project TATICO since 1994. 70 Mexican families are now active in this cooperative and thus enjoy a secure standard of living. In addition to a fixed income, the coffee farmers and their families are integrated into the social projects initiated by the Kolping Society and Long Coffee. The plantations of the J'Amteletic Cooperative are located at altitudes of 900 to 1400 meters in the state of Chiapas (in southern Mexico).
