The highlight of the 2015 Selection are selected Tanzania Nyanda beans. They are mainly cultivated by small farmers in the so-called shadow cultivation. The sensitive coffee plants of large trees or banana plants are protected from the intense equatorial sun. This allows them to develop their special aroma, which is accentuated by a special, intensive roasting process.
