The Burka Silinga Washing Station prepares coffee from around 500 farmers in the region. The coffee cherries are fermented for 48 hours and dried for 7-10 days on over 150 drying tables. This wonderfully fresh Yirgacheffe inspires us with floral and citrus-like aromas and a pleasant, balanced acidity.
