The decaffeination process, one of the most recently developed, allows the use of totally harmless substances. This process, even if more expensive given the high pressures to which it is necessary to proceed (between 70 and 200 atm), is the one we have chosen, thus protecting the integrity of the product at a toxicological and aromatic level by not introducing substances foreign to those already present in the coffee bean. The delicate aftertaste with hints of licorice in the finish make this coffee pleasant and refined even for lovers of Italian espresso.
