This coffee comes from the southern Kirinyaga district, on the southern slope of the famous Mount Kenya near the city of Kabare. The production site is part of the cooperative Kabare. The factory is located at altitudes of 1,700 to 1,800 meters on nutritious, sandy volcanic soil. This coffee has a medium/strong body, a strong citrus/grapefruit/apple acidity and a sweet, chocolate/spicy taste.
