Full body, rounded taste and digestible acidity with a chocolaty note. Due to the ban on the use of chemicals on Galapagos, this coffee is from purely organic cultivation. This coffee is roasted fresh for you only after your order. The green coffee beans are roasted slowly and gently in a toper coffee roaster with small 1.5 kg batches for about 15-20 minutes, so that you can enjoy the full taste without losing flavour. After roasting, the coffee is packed and sent directly to you without storage. We recommend to allow the coffee to develop its aroma for 3-4 days after receipt.
