The spiciness of a Sidamo Grade 1 paired with the fruity aromas of an unwashed Yirgacheffe characterize this pointed espresso. Medium-bodied with fine acidity and rounded body with fruity aromas reminiscent of strawberries. The espresso, like all blends, is not roasted too dark so that all characteristics can unfold optimally. Characteristic: see network diagram Brewing temperature: 92-94° C
