Plantation: Malabar. Rarity from South India. This variety is dried after harvesting during the monsoon season on long tables located in laterally open buildings. This swells the coffee and gives it a pale yellow colour. Due to the high humidity, there is a fermentation change in the bean, which gives the coffee its unique and quite peculiar characteristic. Once you have drunk it, you will always recognize its taste. It also tastes pleasantly mild and soft, is digestible and therefore a very popular variety even for frequent drinkers.
