This coffee grows at an altitude of 1000 to 1600 m with very high humidity. It is a washed Arabica that is sorted by hand after drying. Fine, filigree acidity combined with a full and intense taste characterizes this coffee rarity. In the cup, the low acid Blawan has a pronounced, almost syrupy fullness. The green coffee impresses with an extremely dark, grey-green colour, the roasted coffee shows a matt brown with different shades.
