This coffee comes from the south of Laos, not far from the course of the Mekong and the border to Thailand. At an altitude of approx. 1000m/ü.M. lies the Sinouk plantation, which cultivates 100% the rather rare variety Catimor. This wonderful coffee convinces with its soft, very digestible cup with mild milk chocolate and light brittle notes.
