This huge beany speciality is soft, mild and very fine in taste. This bean is a mutation discovered near the Mexican town of Maragogype, which in the 1920s & 1930s was THE coffee of the upper class and was usually drunk with the spread little finger. Also tastes great in the normal drinking position. Very digestible and also visually a feast for the eyes.
