The Cummings family replaced a banana plantation and planted the first coffee trees. It is exclusively a bourbon (Arabica), which is washed. Beaver Creek is a popular tourist destination. The plantation also roasts itself under the RED CHERRY brand. There have even been some green coffee imports in the past. The coffee offered here is relatively beany for a bourbon and very even in the raw pattern and in the grate - a top coffee!
