A tall (up to 2000 m above sea level), finest Arabica coffee, grown wild in the still original bush and forest landscapes of Ethiopia. The many small farmers deliver their red coffee cherries picked on the same day to central processing plants. There is no plantation economy, only the original production of small farmers. The finest mochas come from District Sidamo and around the small town of `Yirgacheffe`. The `Yirgamos` are sun-dried tall plants, elegant very fine, bright cut roasters. The coffee has a very fine, very typical, almost perfumed, well balanced aroma, finest fullness and pleasantly light acidity. It is unique in taste and is one of the finest and noblest coffees in the world. Ethiopia is considered the country of origin of coffee!
