Bourbon coffee is cultivated by the Ibaloi, also between 1500 and 2000 m above sea level in the Cordillera region. The Arabica Bourbon bean produced in Benguet is organically grown and carefully processed by hand to preserve its delicate aroma and taste. Its special feature is its balanced acidity. In addition to the typical hint of cocoa, the Benguet Bourbon Bean also contains essences reminiscent of wine, citrus fruits and herbs.
