The Peaberry from Sagada is a unique bean. It is so rare that we only get a very limited amount of it. Peaberry is a natural mutation when only one coffee seed ripens in a coffee cherry instead of the usual two flat beans. These roundish single beans are denser and have extraordinary characteristics. Sagada Peaberry has a very intense and well-balanced taste with nuances of creamy milk chocolate, cherry and almonds. Its delicate aroma has a hint of caramelised honey and roasted cocoa.
