agada is located in the lush green highlands of the Cordillera region. Here, coffee is grown by the Kankanaey tribes on plantations between 1500 and over 2000 m above sea level. The fertile soil, the climate and the gentle organic farming methods ensure that Sagada produces one of the finest Arabica beans. Sagada coffee has an incredibly soft and delicate taste with a hint of chocolate, honey and roasted nuts. The aroma is reminiscent of cream caramel, cocoa powder and almonds.
