This espresso is most suitable for preparation in a strainer carrier, in a fully automatic machine or in a cooker. Our Wildsau Espresso is strong, with a fine fruit and cocoa note in the finish. The history of the wild boar espresso is quickly told. The former "Canino" is refined with some new green coffees and the first cupping's (tastings) are so positive that Leonhard Wild could say nothing else but "Saustark!
